The Historic Orchard Theater, a great local independent theater in downtown Port Orchard, will be showing this fascinating documentary all about the food we eat and pick out every day in the supermarket. It’s been getting great reviews, and we are really excited to be working with the Orchard Theater on this fundraiser, as this film strikes really close to our cause to start a natural and local foods co-op.
To have a portion of your ticket price go toward the food co-op, download the card (link below or click on the photo above), print it out, and bring one per party to the theater with you when you buy your ticket. Every showing will bring us in some money, and evening showings bring us the most -- $4.00 per ticket! We hope to see you there at our kickoff Grand Opening on July 31, where we’ll be there in person to answer your questions and sign up volunteers. If you can’t come Friday night, then come anytime during the week. You won’t look at your food the same way again!
**UPDATE** Now showing through August 20!
